The Mastermind Programme Outline
When faced with challenges in business, it can be difficult to know where to turn for support.
It can seem like everyone has their own agendas and motivations, and you may be confused about whose advice you’re comfortable in taking.
Les has created the Mastermind Programme to remove the concern of other’s ulterior intentions, allowing you to achieve clarity by working through challenges with members of a group who are supportive, yet entirely impartial to your circumstances.
By joining the programme, you will have access to other great minds, who may have been in your situation before themselves.
When seeking for answers, you may ask yourself:
Whose opinion can you count on that is truly unbiased?
Who will ask you the tough questions?
Who challenges you, stands up to you and takes you out of your comfort zone?
Who is committed to growing your personal development and your business?
Les provides business coaching to leaders who are serious about growth.
The goal is to bring to the group your biggest challenges, which can be explored by likeminded professionals who can help you develop an approach to overcoming them in a way which gives a richer and more positive perspective on life.
The Mastermind Programme operates on 3 core principles that:
- Every conversation is confidential
- The whole group will challenge a member’s assumptions, goals and actions
- Members of Mastermind have no hidden agendas and no bias. Members are there to achieve growth and help their fellow members do the same

Who can participate?
Whether you’re a small business owner or the CEO of a large corporation, every organisation leader needs a board of advisors they can trust to help them step back and gain a clearer perspective.
In chairing the Mastermind group, Les’s role is to help guide leaders towards having more clarity on their business by bringing questions to the surface that no one else will. This obliges business owners to gain a deeper understanding of their environment and its dynamics to discover what is holding them back – whether that is in business or more personally.
Mastermind members have access to group of peers who all share a similar journey and who engage in conversations every leader needs to grow and flourish:
- Providing a stimulus on how to take a business to the next level, whether that is to improve earnings or the value of the business for sale at exit
- Building personal skills to be able to exert natural authority in a leadership role
- Achieving balance in your personal life by reducing stress, forming clear boundaries and developing better quality relationships both in and outside of work
Are you ready to take your business to the next level?
