Implementing with OKRs
Are you looking to implement a strategy that will give your business the edge over your competitors?
If so, adopting a framework that implements OKRs may be just the solution your business needs.
What are OKRs?
The term OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) was first coined by Andy Grove who was CEO at Intel Corporation, and has been successfully implemented by industry giants such as Google and Amazon ever since.
Simple in concept and application, adopting OKRs as the means to implementing your strategy allows for a powerful, measurable means of monitoring your success, helping you set achievable targets with a clear plan and timescale to follow through.
As businesses look to scale up without compromising on quality, or seek to create an accurate business plan while projecting into the future, OKRs can be instrumental in providing clarity when looking to build the bridge between daily tasks and annual goals.
OKRs are an effective means of raising accountability levels in an organisation while providing an easy to understand methodology that can be adopted throughout the organisation
