With a career spanning many industries, Les started his journey in retail, where he grew to love working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, serving customers and building relationships each day.
Working his way up the ranks to become a Marketing Director of a multiple retailer and a director of a Big 4 consultancy, Les found his passion in working at speed and under pressure, while delivering exceptional results. With over 20 years of accumulated experience, Les’s extensive industry knowledge steered him to leading large-scale transformation programmes for multinational and ‘blue chip’ corporations, which he did successfully for many years.
Here, Les found his calling in helping businesses transform and grow to reach their full potential.
Since then, Les has worked with leaders and their organisations to help them achieve a clear vision of their future goals, implementing frameworks built from tried and tested methods to deliver accelerated revenue growth and increase enterprise value.
Using expertise forged through years of working as a business consultant and coach, Les brings his unique blend of empathetic, yet direct and to-the-point teaching methods to deliver results that hit the mark, every time.


Now, having created a 12 step programme built over the years of partnering with CEOs, MDs and business owners, Les’s aim is to support businesses on a global scale, through a work programme designed to inspire, motivate and enable teams to help their business stand out and be distinctive using the practical experience acquired.

When he’s not scaling up businesses, you can find Les scaling up the side of a mountain in his second home, Scotland. With a lifelong passion for hill walking, Les has made it his mission to top all 282 of the Scottish Munros, with just over 50 left to conquer.
